These are the terms for using Daily Paws. They're fairly standard. We've tried to keep them short. These terms apply when you use the Daily Paws website, or the Daily Paws iPhone app. By using them you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Daily Paws is a game made by Pocket Giant, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at [email protected]. References to "we" and "us" in these terms mean Pocket Giant. The iPhone app is also licensed to you through the App Store, so Apple's standard licensed application end user terms apply too.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK law.
Our liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Accounts and leaderboards
You can play without an account. If you sign in or submit a score, please choose a display name that is not offensive or misleading and does not impersonate anyone. We may remove names, scores or accounts that break this, or that cheat.
Daily Paws+ (iPhone app)
Daily Paws+ is an optional one-time purchase in the Daily Paws iPhone app that unlocks appearance options. It is sold and paid for through Apple, and can be restored on devices that use the same Apple Account. Payment, refunds and purchase problems are handled by Apple under its terms. A wallpaper photo you choose stays yours and stays on your iPhone.

The Daily Paws games, game guides, characters, illustrations and other creative content on our website and apps are the property of Pocket Giant. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website or apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
